Reclaim Solutions

Our reclaim solutions provide a front-end loader fed or dump truck fed hopper with an apron feeder, plus a transfer conveyor for the semi-mobile reclaiming option. The reclaim solutions allow reclaiming of material and controlled feeding onto an existing conveyor. Multiple reclaim feeders can be utilised to allow simultaneous feed onto the existing conveyor via multiple loaders to obtain the required conveyor feed rate. With fixed, fully mobile, and semi-mobile options, RCR has a reclaim solution to suit.

Product Highlights

Mobile: Mobile Reclaim Feeders provide an integrated hopper, typically fed by a front-end loader.  They typically straddle a conveyor and provide controlled feeding to the belt. Our mobile feeders have wheels and drives that allow them to move along rails. Multiple Reclaim Feeders allow simultaneous feeding by multiple loaders.  

Semi mobile: Semi-Mobile Reclaim Hoppers provide an integrated hopper, typically fed by a front-end loader.  They typically straddle a conveyor or feed at right angles and provide controlled feeding to the belt. The semi-mobile reclaim hoppers are modular and can be simply relocated as/when required.

Fixed: Fixed Reclaim Feeders provide an integrated hopper, typically fed by a front-end loader.  They typically straddle a conveyor or feed at right angles and provide controlled feeding to the belt.  Installing multiple Fixed Reclaim Feeders at designated intervals allows you to feed simultaneously via multiple loaders.
